Who We Are

The Cottages at Old Works Golf Course were approved as a boutique condo project in Anaconda, Montana...15 individual Cottages with a Chapel and a two story Office/Gym, right on Warm Springs Creek. We started this because we fell in love with the town of Anaconda; the 18-hole Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and a year-round flyfishing stream that borders the golf course. We were just going to build a cottage for us to visit on the weekend but ended up getting 15 of them approved, along with a Chapel. The Cottages look rustic on the outside and luxurious on the inside.    

The Cottages are 660 sq. ft. with a 176 sq. ft. deck. The prices start in the low $400's. The front deck of each Cottage overlooks the fly-fishing Warm Springs Creek and is right in front of the "Glory Hole", as the locals call it.  The front deck of your porch sits 30' from the middle of Warm Springs Creek, meaning you could be sitting in your 4-person hot tub watching trout rise on the most recent fly hatch. This is perfect for that glass of wine, or scotch & cigar after a tough day of golfing, skiing, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, windsurfing, kayaking, or paddle boarding, etc. Georgetown Lake is just 14 miles away, as is the Discovery Ski Resort.  On the other side of the creek is the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course "Old Works", the best course in Montana, according to Steve and many of his avid golfing buddies. 

We figured if we loved the Cottages, so would everyone else! Small & impressive, inside are high-end touches everywhere; a fireplace in the corner, hi-end LG Appliances; double oven ranges in some models, dishwasher, microwave, a door-in-door frig that makes custom ice balls for Steve's scotch & cigar parties. The Bathroom has dual sinks, a custom vanity, a two-person jacuzzi, oversized shower with an optional sauna/steam room with a Hansgrohe shower, sink fixtures, and a high-rise toilet...you can even have a bidet! The washer & dryer is tucked away in its own closet.  The walk-in closet has a built-in lockable Owner's Closet so you can store your fishing equipment, skis, and golf clubs! 

There are also three new floorplans available...or you can design your own with the help of our in-house architect!  We are now also offering garages!

You have the option of being able to generate income through nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals, or just have it waiting for you for your next get-away! Anaconda is a cool Montana mining town; the "Copper Barons" moved here from San Francisco, creating beautiful architecture, an amazing Capital building, and so many stories!  All of this culminates into an incredibly interesting place. Great restaurants and the Old Works Clubhouse has completed a $2 million dollar renovation that includes a new 'Sports Bar' and two virtual golf bays to keep your golf game tuned up year-round!!
